The sign-in link does not arrive
The sign-in email contains a link and a six-digit code. Each can be used once and is valid for one hour. Takes about 2 minutes.

If something does not work
- There is no email in your inbox.
- Wait a moment and check your spam folder. Also check that you typed your email address correctly.
- No email arrives at all, even though the address is right.
- If the "Tarkista sähköpostisi" (Check your email) page says that links are only sent to addresses that already have an account or a valid invitation, sign in with the same address as before. If you were invited, open the invitation link first and then ask for the sign-in link.
- The link opens, but you are not signed in.
- Use the code. The link only signs in the browser you asked for it from. If you opened the app from your home screen, or read your email in another browser, type the code into the "Kirjautumiskoodi" (Sign-in code) field on the "Tarkista sähköpostisi" (Check your email) page and tap "Kirjaudu koodilla" (Sign in with code).
- The code field is no longer shown.
- The code field is shown for 15 minutes after you ask for the link. After that, open the link in the email in the same browser, or tap "Lähetä uusi linkki" (Send a new link).
- The screen says "Koodia yritettiin liian monta kertaa. Pyydä uusi kirjautumislinkki." (Too many code attempts. Ask for a new sign-in link.)
- The code can be tried 5 times. Tap "Lähetä uusi linkki" (Send a new link) and type your address again. The new email has a new code.
- The screen says "Linkin lähettäminen ei onnistunut. Yritä hetken kuluttua uudelleen." (The link could not be sent. Try again in a moment.)
- This happens, for example, if you ask for a new link straight after the previous one. Wait a moment and try again.
- The screen says "Kirjautumislinkki oli vanhentunut tai jo käytetty. Pyydä uusi linkki." (The sign-in link had expired or was already used.)
- The link and the code work only once and they expire. Ask for a new link and always use the latest email.
Do I need a password?
No. You always sign in with a link or a code sent to your email.
