- The sign-in link does not arriveThe sign-in email contains a link and a six-digit code. Each can be used once and is valid for one hour.
- I cannot access my old emailYou cannot change your sign-in address in the service. A new address can join the same family when a guardian of the family invites it as a second guardian.
- Trial, prices and subscriptionA new family gets a 45-day Premium trial with no payment card. Premium costs €29.99 a year or €3.60 a month. An invited family can always take part free of charge.
- Adding the app to your home screenKukakuskaa is a web app that you can add to your phone's home screen without an app store. Opened from the home screen, it has no browser address bar.
