Creating your family
A family joins a carpool group, not a single child. The first time you sign in, you accept the terms, name your family and add your children. A new family gets a 45-day Premium trial with no payment card. Takes about 3 minutes.
Up to date
Accept the terms of use and the privacy policy
The first screen is "Ennen kuin aloitat" (Before you start). Tick the acceptance and tap "Hyväksy ja jatka" (Accept and continue). The marketing consent on the same page is optional.
Name your family
Type, for example, your surname into "Perheen nimi" (Family name) and tap "Luo perhe" (Create family). The other families in your carpool groups see this name. If you gave marketing consent, you are next asked, optionally, for your name and phone number ("Yhteystietosi", Your contact details). You can skip this with "Ohita toistaiseksi" (Skip for now).
Add your children
Type a child's first name or nickname and tap "Lisää lapsi" (Add child). When you are done, tap "Valmis" (Done). You can also skip this and add children later.
Continue from Today
The Today view opens next. From there you can create a carpool group or join another family's group with their invitation link.
If something does not work
- Another guardian has already created your family.
- Do not create the family again. Ask them for the family's invitation link: they create it in "Perhe › Perhe ja lapset › Huoltajat" (Family › Family and children › Guardians). In one family, the children and carpool groups are shared.
- The screen says "Perheen luominen ei onnistunut. Yritä uudelleen." (The family could not be created. Try again.)
- Check your connection and tap "Luo perhe" (Create family) again.
What happens after the trial?
Your family continues on the Free version, which costs nothing. Nothing is charged unless your family buys Premium itself.

- Adding and editing childrenAdding a child asks only for a first name or nickname. Other families do not see a child you add until you add the child to a carpool group.
- Creating a carpool groupA carpool group is a set of families who take their children to the same activity. The family that creates the group is its owner: it adds the practice times and invites the other families.
