Telling the group when you cannot drive
Mark the weekdays, single days or periods when your family cannot drive. The other families in the group only see that you are not driving for that practice. Takes about 2 minutes.
Up to date
Open Family › Drivers and travel times › When we cannot drive
Choose "Perhe" (Family) in the bottom bar, then the row "Kuskit ja matka-ajat" (Drivers and travel times), and open "Milloin emme kyyditse" (When we cannot drive).
Choose when
Choose "Toistuva viikonpäivä" (Recurring weekday), "Yksi päivä" (One day) or "Jakso" (Period) and fill in the dates. A period can be at most 366 days long.
Choose the rides and the groups
Under "Mitä matkoja tämä koskee" (Which rides this covers), choose rides there, rides back or both. Under "Mitä kuskausrinkejä tämä koskee" (Which carpool groups this covers), choose all groups or one group.
Save
Tap "Lisää ilmoitus" (Add notice). You can remove a notice in the same place with "Poista" (Remove).
If something does not work
- The screen says "Valitse tämä päivä tai jokin tulevista päivistä." (Choose today or a future day.)
- A notice cannot be made for a day that has passed.
What do the other families see?
The practice's page says that your family is not driving. They do not see the reason, the period or which group the notice is about.
Can I still drive?
Yes. A notice does not stop you from offering to drive. When driving turns are proposed, your family is not proposed for the rides you have marked.
