The invitation link will not open or has expired
An invitation link is valid for 14 days and can be used once. If the link no longer works, ask the person who invited you for a new one. Takes about 2 minutes.

If something does not work
- The screen says "Kutsulinkki on vanhentunut." (The invitation link has expired.)
- The link was valid for 14 days. Ask the group's owner, or the family that invited you, for a new link.
- The screen says "Kutsulinkki on jo käytetty." (The invitation link has already been used.)
- A link can be used once. The same message is shown if the link has been switched off. Ask for a new link: every family and every guardian needs their own.
- The screen says "Kutsulinkki ei kelpaa. Tarkista, että kopioit koko linkin." (The invitation link is not valid. Check that you copied the whole link.)
- Part of the link is missing. Open it again by tapping it in the original message, or copy the whole link into the browser's address bar.
- The screen says "Avaa kutsulinkki uudelleen" (Open the invitation link again) or "Kutsulinkki ei ole enää voimassa. Avaa linkki uudelleen." (The invitation link is no longer valid. Open the link again.)
- The invitation waits in the browser for 24 hours. Open the link again from the same message. If you opened it from WhatsApp, open it in your phone's own browser (Safari or Chrome).
- The screen says "Kuulut jo perheeseen." (You already belong to a family.)
- This is about a guardian invitation: one account can belong to one family at a time. If the invitation was meant for another adult, pass the link on to them.
Is the invitation to a carpool group or to a family?
The heading of the invitation screen tells you: "Sinut on kutsuttu kuskausrinkiin" (You are invited to a carpool group) or "Sinut on kutsuttu perheeseen" (You are invited to a family). When you join a family, you do not create your own family or add children.
